Our Packages
Starting Package
w/tip jar- 1 bartender 4 hour minimum *required (includes up to 70 guests, *RBS/Food handlers Certified Staff)
- Cups
- Straws
- Napkins
- Basic mixers (varies each event)
- Basic garnishes (varies each event)
- Rim salt (varies each event)
- Beverage service
- Set up/ Tear down/ Clean up
- Bar towels/sanitizer wipes
- Trash can liners/trash cans (unless venue equipped)
- Coolers (unless venue is equipped)
- Equipped w/bar tools (NO Blenders)
- Bar/bar top table/ back self (unless venue is equipped)

- 2 custom simple syrup flavors of choice

- Rim salt (varies each event)
- Beverage service *RBS/Food handlers Certified Staff
- Set up/ Tear down/ Clean up

- Trash can liners/trash cans (unless venue equipped)

Product supplies list will be provided to consumer to purchase
* Deposit to book and secure date = 50% Non-refundable deposit of total Quote/Contract/Invoiced amount. Deposit locks in your special event and is immediately marked to calendar.
*special requests/the unexpected/service charge :crafted cocktails , Smoked cocktails, infused spirits, specialty syrups, Extended service hour(s), Events which exceed number of attending guests discussed at time of quote will be charged an additional fee . A Service fee of $50, along with product purchase price will be added in the event we purchase products for your event other than listed above for basic packages or other than listed in your quote for custom packages .
Botanical Bliss
I was working at the Calamigos Beach Club when I came up with Botanical Bliss. It was a slow day, we had received some Promotional gin & Thai basil, it was an overcast day, & a guest wanted a gin cocktail like no other we had on the menu. Thai basil has an amazing aroma of anise & basil mix with a taste of anise when it hits the palette , mixing the orange bitters which is slightly earthy with an orange burst packed burst, a splash of OJ & the beautiful botanicals in the Gin meet each other, was like sitting in the middle of a aromatic blooming botanical garden with a slight breeze. Refreshing, a lasting feeling of satisfaction when your thirst has finally been quenched . The topper is the orange peel & Thai basil is edible & provide lasting fresh breath!
